Copper Hot Stamped Parts – Hot Forged Copper Components

A1 Metallics is a leading manufacturer and exporter of Copper Hot Stamped Parts and Hot Forged Copper Components. Hot stamping (also referred to as hot pressing or drop forging) involves shaping heated copper billets or slugs under high-tonnage press or hammer force to produce near-net-shape components with superior mechanical properties and excellent electrical characteristics.
Our copper hot stamped components are known for their exceptional grain structure, high density, improved mechanical strength, and superior electrical conductivity compared to cast or machined counterparts from the same material. A1 Metallics operates dedicated hot forging presses and trimming lines to produce copper components across a broad range of sizes and shapes.
What is Copper Hot Stamping / Hot Forging?
In hot stamping of copper, the copper billet is heated to its forging temperature (typically 600–900°C depending on alloy), then placed in a closed die and compressed under a mechanical or hydraulic press. The copper flows to fill the die cavity, creating a dense, near-net-shape component. Subsequent trimming, machining, and surface treatment complete the part.
