We are one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of Impact Extrusion and cold forging, hydraulic forging ,in India with a focus on Copper Impact Extrusion components and Brass Impact Extruded Parts from India. We have been supplying impact extruded terminals, lugs, tubes, ferrules, and connectors to the world market for many decades. With state-of-the-art facilities and decades of domain expertise, we deliver high-precision, cold-formed Copper and Brass parts that meet global industrial standards. Our wide experience in electrical and transformer component manufacturing allows us to offer superior finish, tighter tolerances, and faster lead times. We support flexible lot sizes, custom tooling, and design-to-delivery solutions that make us the trusted partner for OEMs and distributors across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Overview Impact extrusion is a cold forming process where a metal slug is pressed at high velocity into a die cavity using a punch. This technique is suitable for ductile metals like Copper and Brass and is highly efficient for producing symmetrical hollow shapes or closed-end tubes. It ensures uniform wall thickness, excellent surface finish, and material strength due to strain hardening. We also offer Copper Forging  stamping and Copper hot stamping along with Copper sheet metal stamped parts.
